Cottage in City Centre!

Situated in idyllic residential neighborhood, established in 1998, B&B Casa Arctica (former B&B Kesäpirttilä)offers you a private, peaceful and high-quality cottage to rest and enjoy during your visit in Rovaniemi, the city of Santa Claus, less than a kilometer from the city centre. The city sights, shopping and restaurants within a walking distance!

The cottage has:

- spacious bedroom for 2 -4
  persons
- free WIFI

The cottage is also equipped with TV, radio, hairdryer, tableware and steam iron etc. The cottage is naturally central-heated. If you come by car in wintertime we have an electric hook up possibility.

 Accomodation according to Your wishes

You can either choose to have breakfast or make it yourself in well-equipped kitchenette.
If you choose to have accommodation with breakfast it will be served in our dining room or delivered to you in the guesthouse.


 Apartment in City Centre!

Our modern apartment is only 150 metres from our B&B. It is in a terrace house with private entrance. It has  living-room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with sauna and large balcony viewing to the riverside. The apartment  (40 m2) is suitable for 2-4 persons.

It is only 300 metres to Arktikum museum and science centre and 800 metres to the heart of the city.

The apartment has:

- bedroom with double-bed
- living-room with sofa-bed
  for 1-2 persons
- free WIFI

The fully furnished apartment is equipped with cable TV, Blueray DVD-player, PS2, radio, hairdryer, steam iron, tableware and private parking with a hook up possibility.
