Watching cats

What is watching cat?

-They are something of an organization or commynity of cats whose purpose in life is watching different animals and creatures in the eyes and smiling irritating like they know somethin too much...
-They have a school in somewheare, where they train new Watching Cats. Its important, that they learn not to be scared.
-They life is not very long once they graduate and set off to find something to watch

Watching cats are my own idea, so I get mad, if somebody copy them, or do something like them.
