Nice group of faint galaxies. NGC 2289 (13.5 mag) and NGC 2290 (13.3 mag) are the leading members. NGC 2290 is a little oval and it has an obvious core. NGC 2289 is a small round haze, no core. NGC 2291 (13.2 mag) is a very faint galaxy in the north, even brightness. NGC 2294 is very small and highly elongated in N-S direction.
