NAMELESS
WILDNESS

[back]

A subject is presented with a set of choices. They are all bad. Under these circumstances the subject will consciously choose that he feels is the lesser evil. The aim of the controller is to keep the tension surrounding the choice at a high level, so that no alternative choices outside those proposed are offered or conceived. It is the equivalent of locking someone in a metal box; the perfect controlled environment.

Once one such choice is made the next 'set of choices' can be presented. As long as the choices are regulated - that is the subject or subject population perceives that it has only the choices presented - the outcome is also regulated.

It is important that you - the victim - feel that there is no cause and effect in the world, simply information. From here on there will be no release from tension, only an ever escalating series of crises...
