The music of Ophion defies categorization. File it under metal, but don't expect it to adhere to any established formula within the genre. The group likes to experiment with heavy, progressive and psychedelic elements, fusing the band members' wide variety of influences into a unique and imaginative style of their own. The main ingredients of Ophion's music are ear-catching guitar and bass lines, aggressive and inventive drumming, androgynous clean vocals and witty lyrics.
