My name is Pia Kauppinen from Hyvinkää, Finland. Our family includes husband Kimmo, daughters Noora, Nea & Nitta and two Weimaraner ladies - our foundation bitch Toro's Cazador Dilaila 'Sanni' and her granddaughter Onnen Päivän Enni Remuntytär 'Enni'.
Prefix Onnen Päivän was admitted year 1997 when I also passed the breeders course. Our breeding started with Dalmatians, at the time we had male Dagazza Fonzarelli 'Fonzie' who moved us year 1991 and bitch T-Cart Xhosa 'Fanny' whom we imported from Sweden year 1994. Both have already passed away ..
Year 1999 we bought a Weimaraner bitch 'Sanni' and year 2001 I passed the hunters exam before we bred her. We have also co-owned Sanni's daughter Onnen Päivän Wikiwissentytär 'Milla' who is proud mother of our E-litter.
I have been member of Finnish Dalmatian Club (Dalmatiankoirat ry) since year 1992 and member of the board years 1999 - 2004. Since year 1999 we have been members of German Pointer Club of Finland (Saksanseisojakerho ry) and Uudenmaan Kanakoiraharrastajat ry:n (UKH). I am also president and member of breeding committee in Weimaraner Club of Finland (established 2005) and since year 2004 I have done puppy agency of Weimaraners for the German Pointer Club.
We hunt with our Weimaraners (with Enni we are also planning on going to hunting test trials) and we are often seen in UKH's hunting trainings.
