| Now I wanna tell you all about my big, big family,
that is spread all over the world. I'm gonna start way back in the U.S. where I was born, and introduce you to my closest ones over there. Here to the right is a pic of my handsome bro "Denzel" or "D" as we call him, together with my US Dad Tim, who is a policeman, and so strong that he would beat even Superman! "D" has told me that he is trying to teach Tim how to do some obedience and tracking, and Tim is also getting the hang of holding on to "D" as he fights over a tug toy with with a helper on the Schutzhund field. I'm doing the same here with my mom, and we try to keep in touche to compare experiences and get useful hints on how to train our parents. | ![]() |

These ones to the left are my sis "Halle" and my US Mom
Brenda. She stays at home and takes care of all the dogs,
she feeds them, excercices them, plays with them, hugs them,
in short she does all the things people were made to do. "Halle" is also trying to teach her some manners over at the Schutzhund field, I'll have to get in touche with her a.s.a.p. and ask how they are doing. Brenda can be real stubborn about things sometimes, "Halle" has told me, and she really can be a handfull. But "Halle" is a tough girl, just like me, so I bet she can handle Brenda just fine! I left a big happy family behind in L.A., there's Grandma,
with whom I had lots of fun when I was a little baby, I used to
run around on her bed like crazy, she loved to watch us pups play,
and called us her grandchildren. Then of course the whole big bunch of dog relatives, Ulf and Lori (my dog parents), Rico, the old bear who is my dog grandpa, auntie Fox, Zora, the P/S in black coat, and last but not least Ramses the cat, for whom I have the greatest of respect, we all do as a matter of fact! I have heard from mom that Zora's brother Dancer now also lives with the rest of the bunch, but I never had the chance to meet him. Here to the right is a pic that tells you how fun it could be! | ![]() |

Then, as you all know I moved to this cold and snowy country called Finland. Here I now live in a much smaller family that consists of my dad, Max, my mom, Tina-Marina and my big sister Taiga. My dad must be a magician, because some times he can turn my mom from her usual self wearing jeans and an old college to something like this. Fun, huh? | ![]() |
| When I came to Finland all was nice and green, and I loved it! I started to chew on the green, green grass of my new home immediately, and there was no way I could have imagined that soon it was gonna be lots of pure white snow all around. | ![]() | I kinda like that also now that I have gotten use to it, but I wish someone would have told me. Can you imagine the impression on this Californian girl's face when the earth was white one morning as I woke up?! | ![]() |
| Anyways, my dad loved me from the first time he
laid eyes on me, and he cannot resist anything I ask of him (you can see it clearly in
this picture that I would like to call "The Evidence"). He takes so good care of me and big sis Taiga, if it was only up to mom we would probably be in a lot of trouble every now and then, but not with dad, no! He is a musician, really, not a magician, and he can sing and play the guitar too. He also has his own homepages on the internet, so click here if you wanna visit that one! | ![]() |
![]() | I have time to add one more picture today, before I have to go out and bark at some birds or wathever other guys that cross my path, and that is this one of my Godmothers. They are called Tuula, Pixa and Meeri, and when ever they come to visit me I can jump on them and chew on them as much as I like, cause they have promised my mom to be nice to me and always bring me presents! They are very fun people, and I don't know how mom succeeded in talking them into being my Godmothers, but somehow she did. I wonder what it really means, apart from the chewing business... |
| I decided it was time to add a few pictures to this site too so here is a couple of pictures more of my Godmothers | ![]() |
In this one mom is also present, looking really proud of herself | ![]() |
| Next I want to share with you some pictures of the dogs that have lived in my family before I came around, I want to salute these dogs for the work they have done training mom and dad in to good Dog Humans! This first one was called "Dalton". She was a very very kind Foxterrier who wouldn't hurt a fly. Some people says that she was too kind for a terrier... Well, anyway, she was the first to make ground for the rest of us. She lived to be 13 years and 3 months old, and succeeded in fooling mom to beleive that keeping a dog is a piece of cake. | ![]() |

Here again is a son of "Dalton" called "William" (she gave birth to four rascals called "Joe", "Jack", "Willam" and "Averell"). He was a little big man who died with his boots on at the age of fourteen just a couple of months after this picture was taken. He gave mom and dad an idea of what it could be like to really have a handfull of a dog to deal with, but fortunately that didn't scare them off, it only kinda smoothened the way for us Giant Schnauzers. |
| The first P/S Giant to come and live with mom and dad was "Taiga", whom you all know is still with us and hopefully will be so for a long time to come, but there has been one other, "Kirella's Arc-En-Ciel" or "Angie" as she was called. She really started training mom, and together they did the BH-trial, and tracking-trial beginners and open class. She died only three years old, and mom says that there is a lot of her in me. I like to think that "Angie" is my own special guardian angel in the sky, hugs and kisses to you, my very own angel! | ![]() |
