North Cape by car.

North Cape 71° 10' 21" is on island where You must pass thru four tunnels.

Scenery is harsh in the north. Aridity is the fact also here.

Place for recess (coffee break) alongside fjord.

I am here just now - drive if You like.

Why to hurry in this world. Well, that car You see in rear-view mirror had really hurry, but it was a local driver.

Finally at the destination. Feeling was same if I had conquered South Pole.

So this is north 71° 10' 21" concretely. To drive more north by car in Europe is not possible. By walking or hiking You can go even more north.

Here it is the Arctic Ocean - if feelings are hot, so go to swim.

Look at the walls in chapel - what a colour! Unhewn stones are showing beautity of arctic nature.

Fog was disturbing to admire beauty of the scenery.

Somethere down is our night shelter. Upper lake is depot of drinking water.

Vacation cottages are same looking all around the world.

A house with turf roof. Why not not to cultivate herbs on roof?

Stone shore. I had to take some stones as souvenir.

A road somewhere. On left-hand is fjord, on right-hand slate and far is hole of some tunnel.

Reindeers chilling themselves (air temperature was + 19,5 degrees). Lenght of tunnel is 8,7 kilometres and it is passing 212 metres below the Arctic Ocean. Very nice!

Drive now when reindeers are blocking the tunnel. Local resident do not give a damn!
