25.12.2005 Happy birthday to Visse (Zagala Fantacy Fame)! She will be today 13 years old. She doesn't see or hear so well anymore, but otherwise this granny is totally healthy and brisk :)
22.12.2005 Tekla (Decathlete's Black Velvet) and Janita Leinonen won agility Ranking list 2005 in Finland! This was really important to me, because I was quiting the whole agility with Tekla, when she became deaf. Who could handle the fast and deaf dog... But this black lightning just won everybody, when I learned to handle a new way and I started to handle, istead of assuming... Thank you Tekla for everything, you are a real jackpot, you have taught me so much about agility and understanding the visual angle of the dog. You are just a BDW (=Best Dog of the World)! Cosmo was number 13 in the same list. There are listed 999 best agilitydogs in Finland, all the sizes mixed up.

6.12.2005 Tekla (Decathlete's Black Velvet) and Hanna Heikniemi-Patama won an agility competition with a clear round! There were 48 participants in class III, maxi dogs. It was just a pleasure to see and so enjoyable to watch, still smiling :)

19.11.2005 Arpa (Decathlete's Alea Iakta Est) and Hanna Heikniemi-Patama won an agility competition in class I with a clear round! Their time was over 20 seconds under ideal time... The course was just perfect, excellent Hanna :)
15.11.2005 Aino (Decathlete's Fidus Achates) and Mia Laamanen won two agility competitions with clear round in class II! They are missing one more leg before getting to the highest class, congratulations for your super day and great courses! It was pleasure to see those both :)
6.11.2005 Thekla (Decathlete's Little Thekla) and Louisa Wibroe took part to the Obedience dog of the year 2005 in Denmark. They won the final competition with 270 points out of 280! In total they came second with 1065,5 points, missing only 0,5 points to the winner. Thekla and Louisa took part only to six competitions out of ten possible. Congratulations to you two for your excellent obedience year and for winning your first inside competition! You are soooo gooood :)

23-24.7.2005 Cosmo (Tending Magic Mind) and Janita came second in Finnish agility team qualifications, so we are going to the World Championships in Spain 23-25.9 and to the Nordic Championships in Sweden 10.12. Tekla (Decathlete's Black Velvet) was the 10th, there were 99 maxidogs competing for team places during the weekend.
16.7.2005 Cosmo (Tending Magic Mind) was the third in Dania Cup - final and Tekla (Decathlete's Black Velvet) was the fourth! There were 40 best maxi dogs competing in the final in the end of the Dania Cup week.

12.7.2005 Hugo (Never Stop Artist of Decathlete's) and Janita came second in agility competitions. Little Cosmo (Decathlete's Little Cosmo) and Per Hvid Hansen were third in the same competition, also with a clear round. There were 72 dogs in our class. So Hugo got to the agility class II just as 18 months and four days old!

10.7.2005 Tekla (Decathlete's Black Velvet) came second and Cosmo (Tending Magic Mind) was fifth in agility class III in Dania Cup in Denmark. There were 96 dogs in our class. There were participants from Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Great Britain, Norway and of course from Denmark.
10.7.2005 Hugo (Never Stop Artist of Decathlete's) and Janita started their agility carreer as 18 months and 2 days old in Dania Cup in Denmark. Hugo made right away a clear round and came to the third place! There were 76 dogs in our class.
7.7.2005 Haka (Decathlete's Le Livre Blanc) and Tiina Koistinen got a first prize in obedience class 1. Congratulations :)
30.6-2.7.2005 We had a camp for Decathlete's and Eyewitness dogs. There were over 30 bordercollies enjoying agility, herding, obedience and searching trial. Thank you for all participants and trainers and special to Sirpa Saari for hundreds of photos! I'll chance the photos of the participants during this week.

19.6.2005 Tekla (Decathlete's Black Velvet) and Janita got silver in Finnish Championships! There were 127 participants in maxi dogs. Congratulations also to other Warriors team members: Jaakko Suoknuuti and Dea for your pronce in maxi dogs and Noora Salonen and Bono for your pronce in mini dogs! 15.6.2005 Hugo (Never Stop Artist of Decathlete's) and Janita won an obedience competition in elit class with 291 points out of 320! Couple of movements didn't work out the best possible way, but otherways Huupi was just perfect :) Now we are missing only one more first prize in elit class to become an obedience champions. So maybe we can get to our aim; to be obedience champions before starting to compete in agility...

(Decathlete's Little Thekla) and Louisa Wibroe were spending a nice
afternoon in the privat garden of the danish prince Frederik and princess
Mary. They got a border collie puppy a couple of months ago and Louisa and
Thekla were showing them agility. First Louisa did one course with Thekla and
then prince Frederik did the same course with her. Afterwards Thekla played
with the royal poppy while Louisa told to Frederik and Mary about border
collies :)

30.5.2005 Tekla (Decathlete's Black Velvet) and Janita are for a second month leading the agility ranking list in Agility Sports Bulletin (Agility magazine in Finland, where are listed 1000 best agility dogs every month. All the sizes are mixed and there are counted the success for the pair during their last 15 TR-competitions). Cosmo (Tending Magic Mind) and Janita are in place 12.

16.5.2005 Thekla (Decathlete's Little Thekla) and Louisa Wibroe won an obedience competition with magnificent result, 277 points out of 280! They lost one point in distant movement, everything elsi was full 10. It was the highest amount points given so far in Denmark this year and Louisa and Thekla qualified right away to Danish Championships :) What a perfect competition, you two are simply the best, breeders are bending down deeply!
