Luna was in blood tracking trial in Multia, where she was 3rd in open class with result 1st prize (AVO1) / 47 points --> Luna is now moved to the champion class.
Luna's son Luca was there too, where he tracked also fine. Luca's result was 3rd prize (AVO3) with 27 points.

Karva'san Lucidus "Luca" is passed the spaniel's apitude test (23.8.2009). Karva'san Serotinus "Sero" retrieved a duck from the water on his first hunting trip! Luna mother is very proud of her sons and congratulates both family of their brilliant performance!

Luna was in blood tracking trial in Lapinjärvi, where she was 1st in open class with result 1st prize (AVO1) / 40 points. Luna's son Luca was there too, where he tracked fine in his first blood tracking trial. Luca's result was 3rd prize (AVO3) with 24 points. In addition Heidi with her partner Paula Horne also got prize from making the best track.

Unfortunately Luna's ultrasound study showed, that there is no puppies coming. So the Swiss trip was not successfull. Some day a new attempt then.

Luna's puppy Karva'san Lucidus (Luca) was the first Finnish Barbet who has been involved in mental description test for dogs. Here are some pictures from the test.

Planned litter for summer 2009. Luna has promised meet Bango (Bango du Pré de Redy) this spring, and we hope this "meeting" produces summer puppies. The young couple is also breeding committee's approved.

Finally I got decision from karva'san kennel name. I was passed breeder course on spring 2008, and now Luna's puppies have surnames.

Luna was very first time tracking wounded animal. This animal was white-tailed deer. The deer was somewhere in pitch-dark forest and time was late evening. Luna found this deer! Now Luna has fulfil all our dreams, she retrieves a dug and can do blood-tracking. These things were our targets when we at one time got Luna from France. All other things came as freebies : )

Luna's puppy Luca (Lucidus) has got already took of the age of under one year two CACs. First CAC Luca got from Hyvinkää show 19.10.2008 and the second CAC he got from Lahti show 1.11.2008. Congratulations to Luca for his success in shows!

14 - 15.6.2008 LITTER MEETING

Luna's puppies came visit to their birthplace. They are now seven months old. All puppies but Serotinus were present very enthusiastically. There was also some other dogs at the place. Amount of dogs was thirteen, and the very first observation was: very social dogs! This weekend we got to know about blood tracking, duck wing, shooting, dogs learning psychology (Kaisa Hilska was gave a lecture) and some of dogs coat was also cutted. At Sunday there was a group show in Raisio. Myrtillus got ROB and Lucidus was BOS, and they also got honour price. Also Paniculatus and Tomentosus got honour price, and judge praised that all of they are very promising dogs. Luna was very proud from her litter whole weekend, and she should be! All puppies are now sold. Sero got his new active home from Kokkola. All puppies live in Finland.

21.12.2007 was puppy aptitude test for puppies. Here are results.
20.12.2007 puppies were in veterinarian, and they all got chip and also blood sample is taken to Hannes Lohe's gene examination.

There is quite peaceful in puppy box. Puppies look like nearest as rat with their big stomachs and little foots. We are going to use Puppy Aptitude Test (PAT) for selecting the right puppy for the right home. The test will be make when puppies are six weeks old. There are available few male puppy...

Luna was produced seven puppies on early morning. Two female and five male puppies. All puppies are black coloured. All puppies are very lively. Both Luna and all puppies feel vey well.

It's very happy to inform, that there is puppies coming from Luna. Veterinarian does't wanted make a guess/count how many puppies thereis, but the fact that there is puppies coming is enough for us.

Litter coming. Chosen male is Boree di Barbochos de Reiau de Prouvenco. Luna's heat is already begin, so now we are waiting the departure to Holland.
