  • Sandwich structured GRP hull (20 mm divinycell) with solid laminate in front, around and behind the keel and with extra reinforcement throughout the bottom of the hull. Additional reinforcement of the hull also in the middle section in order to strengthen the structure around the keel, main bulkhead, chain plates and the stainless steel mast support.
  • Inner hull with comprehensive support structures and balks is bonded to the main hull with more comprehensive bonding of balks around the keel, main bulkhead and mast support. The sandwich structured GRP deck is glued and bonded to the hull after which the T shaped aluminum toe rail is attached with bolts through the laminate for enhanced rigidity. Prior to this a light weight inner ceiling module of GRP is attached under the deck for improved isolation, attractiveness and easy cleaning.
  • 2550kg cast iron and galvanized fin keel with bulb. The keel, which is epoxy treated by the English keel manufacturer, is attached to the hull through the solid GRP laminate with sixteen 20mm bolts and using the Sikaflex 292 Keel-to-Hull Joints method. Two large keel safety plates are used in the keel pockets inside the hull in order to evenly transfer the loads from the keel to the hull and balk structure.
  • Bulkheads and walls installed and laminated to the inner hull and deck structures by TRIPLAST. Rest of the interior is manufactured and installed by the Slovenian carpenter and cabinet maker MIZARSTVO Joze Meznaric s.p. Electrical installations made by an electrician from Elan Marine.

Interior
