TOP AGILITY RR IN FINLAND 2002

Väinö has lead an active life with his owners Niina Lukkariniemi & Antti Kangas. Vainö´s official name is Swahili and means "beloved companion". Niina and Väinö have made their mark in agility. Väinö was the second RR in Finland to be able to compete in agility´s most advanced MAXI-III class. He has been awarded several agility "SM-0"s. Väinö has also done approved endurance test - Finnish AD (ausdauer) test. The test is still inofficial for RRs but could well be consired as a breed spefic test.

Väinö has also shown his potential as a motivated blood tracker and is well on his way to becoming the first RR blood tracking champion in Finland. He is also Finnish conformation champion. Väinö has sired a litter to an African import bitch FIN CH Lloyren Afrikan Tähti, "Etosha" (breeder: Ms. Pauliina Ehnqvist).

As a youngster Väinö had special RR friends, Kasvan Kakulu Leo - Leo - and Bawabu Nalo Shingalana - Heta - to play with. Leo & Heta unfotunately have already crossed the rainbow bridge. Nowadays Väinö has a RR bitch - Bawabu Rukiya Rubanza - Rooi - as his canine companion.
