I made the first "quick'n'dirty" version of these pages (finished & uploaded 21.08.02) with Mozilla 1.0rc3's Composer, which is quite good WYSIWYG HTML-editor, I can recommend it especially fo the beginners!

The later modification and finishing, and the last major update (03.01.03), during which the pages was edited to use external CSS (style) files, was made with Quanta 3.0.

The graphics on these pages is mostly made / modified with GIMP.

As many of the visitors have, I hope, already realized, the mentioned programs are for the Linux operating system. (Or GNU/Linux, as somebody wants to name it...)
Because of the abundant hard drive space of my computer (45Gb + 60Gb) I have been able to install several "flavours" of Linux, at this moment (06.01.05) there are (in different partitions) Libranet 2.8.1, Fedora Core 3 and Slackware 10.0, the latter of which is the main system. For "historical" reasons there are also MS-DOS 6.22 and Windows 98ME installed (For the last 3 years used for games only...!).

- NEWS 25.01.04: Total rework of the site (color scheme, fonts, better quality/ more pictures), and more control was transferred to the CSS files.

- NEWS 19.01.05: The site was moved from Elisa server to Saunalahti. Some updates on pages / graphics.

- NEWS 18.01.07: Oh well, now we are in Sonera's server...

- NEWS 11.03.09: I'm setting up my own, Ubuntu-based server; please test the new pages at steam.punk.dy.fi and an eyeOS-server at cyber.punk.dy.fi

- NEWS 29.04.12: The abovementioned sites have ceased to exist, instead I have started a Wordpress-based blog at diesel.punk.dy.fi
