| We aim to provide a
safe, relaxed environment which enables the children
to develop social, intellectual, creative and
emotional skills. We want the children to be
confident, caring, well-adjusted people who are
motivated to learn, and hope to encourage them to
reach their full, individual potential. As this is an
immersion kindergarten we also aim for the children
to be able to converse in English confidently and
successfully by the time they leave. Our programme is very active and based on play. We cover all areas of the curriculum- language, maths, music, science, art and craft, drama, environmental studies, ethical and moral education and learning about the world. Because of the immersion method much of the work is topic based. Our topics are in a 3 year rotation as follows:- |
