Jesse traveling...

Jesse was shown six times abroad, always with good results:

Sweden, Borås Int, June 1996: BOB, CC, S Ch, CACIB
Norway, Stavanger Int, September 1996: Best Male 4th
Sweden, Linköping Int, May 1997: Best Male 4th
Sweden, Gällivare Int, June 1997: Best Male 2nd, CACIB
Estonia, Tarto Int 1997: BOS, CC, Est Ch, CACIB, BIS-2 veteran
Estonia, Tallinn Int 1998: BOB, CACIB, BIG-2

Traveling with him was always a joy,
and I hope I can share some of those
memorable moments with you
with these pictures.

I really ain't superstitious, but I just had to take this picture when we were driving through Sweden to the Borås int show. There it was, right in front of our eyes: BOB (red & yellow) and CACIB (white)!!!

And here they are: CC, S Ch, BOB & CACIB
This was Jesse's first show in Sweden,
so the trip really did pay off!

Yes, we have to take a ferry when we're going to shows abroad. The ferry to Sweden takes about 10 hours, at the minimum. Estonia is closer, the trip takes 2 - 7 hours depending of the boat type. Only when the show is in the northern parts of Sweden or Norway, we can drive there without first taking the boat...

On board after the show:
Jesse, his half sister Fin S Ch Choice Inka
and their father Multi Ch Choice Daddy Be Cool.

Jesse enjoying a beautiful view in Kvinesdal, Norway

Jesse got quite impressed by the view,
he even gave me a kiss...

On the way back from Norway we spent one day in Stockholm as tourist, waiting for the ferry to leave...

Taking a look at the Royal Palace. "There's something interesting happening, but what is it..?" "OK, now I can see it! It's the Changing of the Palace Guard. There was even horses in the parade! Oh, I like horses..." - Jesse

This is another picture I've taken through the car window. We were on way to Gällivare in northern Sweden and met some reindeers. A very usual view for people living in the North but quite exotic for us...

Jesse and Brenda (Int Ch Choice All Over Again) with my friend Merja. This was Merja's first dog show and we went to Gällivare, 1000 km from home. This pic was taken on the way back home, in Oulu, only 600 km's left... Merja looks pretty happy and at least she said she enjoyed the trip.
Jesse was Best Male 2nd with Cacib, Brenda won BOB and gained her Swedish Ch title and Cacib. Unfortunately we couldn't stay for the Group competition, as we had to get to work the very next day!

Another picture of Jesse and Brenda. Now on board returning from Tarto Int Show (Estonia) in August -97. Brenda was BOB, BIG and BIS-2, Jesse BOS and BIS-3 veteran.
