Little-Kit joined our family in August 2006. Kit loves to play and she has a very good ability to concentrate. She is also very eager for all kind of food. She is not over-alive or -lively, as a BC-puppy could be, but she has good speed and energy for all sports (and dangerous situations :) )

Actually, Kit has a perfect temperament and personality for living with Robin and Nana: Kit plays with them a lot but doesn't bother them all the time.

Kit has started to train some obedience and tracking. We started these both activities when Kit was two months. Kit is excellent in both of them! For tracking she has almost perfect nosework and concentration, wau.

Kit started obedience competitions in the fall 2007 winning both 1.- and 2. class. In working dog trials Kit passed behaviour test (BH) in and won 1.class in tracking competition in October 2007.

We have also planed to do herding with sheep. In the fall 2006 and summer 2007 we saw sheep, and Kit paid attention to sheep more and more. We will continue herding in 2008. Both Kit’s parents Raffe and Ben have done herding and they both have a title from “herding basics” (PPR1 / Vallpr). That’s why Kit is registered also to Finnish Herding Dog Society. Kit seems to have eye for herding, so we hope we can continue this fine activity next summer!
