What is a Fanlisting?

Who are Laguna and Edea?
Laguna Loire and Sorceress Edea are two characters from the amazing Squaresoft game Final Fantasy VIII.
In the game itself there isn't a love relationship between the two but it is my opinion that the two would be perfect for each other! I mean, c'mon! Edea married to Cid Kramer? No, no no! And Laguna, the hottie that he is, staying faithful to the memory of Raine? The thought is lovely but he's just a man after all!
In the game (while following Laguna) we see Edea and Laguna meet at the Centra Orphanage; Laguna is looking for Ellone, who is no longer there. Edea, as the Matron of all the children in her Orphanage, takes care and raises both Ellone, Laguna's adoted daughter, and Squall who is Laguna's son with Raine. Raine has died, possibly in childbirth, and all Laguna knows he has left is Ellone, he doesn't know about Squall.

Laguna (*January 3rd) is, if you only concern yourself with the present of FFVIII, the president of Esthar, which is the most technologically advance nation in the world. In the past he was a soldier and a journalist who wrote stories of his journeys while searching for Ellone. His weapon is the machine gun and his limit break is called Desperado.
Edea is a Sorceress, a woman who has received powers in her childhood from a dying Sorceress. In the beginning she is thought of as the enemy and the SeeDs are sent out to assassinate her. This attempt fails, however, and it is only later in the game that we find out that Edea is the, in fact, the caretaker of the main characters of the game. She is also the wife of Headmaster Cid Kramer. She was the one who started the Garden's and gave the SeeDs their mission of killing the Sorceress. Edea's weapon is the Blizzard Palm (a.k.a. her hands) and her limit break is the Ice Strike.
Final Fantasy VIII is an amazing RPG and it's my favourite FF game. The plot is brilliant and you only understand it all at the end...
