Céad mile fáilte! Welcome to the Savonranta Bed & Breakfast website. Our Bed & Breakfast guesthouse is located in the centre of the beautiful and serene village of Savonranta; conveniently located to all local services. Despite it's central location, the house is actually adjacent to a small but very picturesque lake; called "Koskilampi" in Finnish. [N.B. Koskilampi literally means the weir pond ]

The house contains four comfortable guest bedrooms, with a capacity of 10 - 12 guests. In addition, we can provide a cot suitable for a young infant, a diaper changing table as well as an infant feeding chair during mealtimes. The house contains a spacious breakfast room, which can accommodate up to twenty guests. The breakfast room is also available for special events such as training courses, meetings or other private functions. Lunch and dinner can be provided by separate arrangement. WC and shower facilities are provided.

Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in all parts of the house and we are not licensed to serve alcohol.

In the garden area, there is a traditional wood heated sauna, where you can experience a relaxing Finnish style sauna, followed by an invigorating swim in the pristine waters of Koskilampi! ( Only for the brave hearted during the winter season! ). The sauna and it's adjacent fireplace room may also be rented for private use. For the convenience of our guests, a gas grill is available - free of charge- for barbeques etc.
